About
Dzul-ha
In
July 1979, a single orca was captured off the west coast of Iceland.
He was sent to Saedyrasafnid Aquarium in Iceland where he was given
basic training whilst he waited to be sold. Three months after his
capture, he was sent to Germany and he
was kept in "storage" at Mannheim as Saedyrasafnid Aquarium recently had more orcas that had just arrived and there was no more space for all of them.
He was later transferred to Connyland located in Switzerland and he spent about 1 year at the park before later being moved again. His final home was Aquarama on Parade, a travelling circus. Dzul-ha lived at the park for about a year, his actual date of death has never been confirmed, along with his cause of death but his death must have been sometime in 1983.
