About
OO-C-8210A male orca was captured in October 1982. Not too far from his home waters, was a dolphinarium, which was his destination. He met four other orcas, Haida2*, Nootka4*, Kim2* and Freya. All five orcas were soon up for sale. Marineland France bought 2 of them and the other three went to Sealand of the Pacific in Canada, including the young male. He and the cows settled in very quickly and were trained for the show season in 1983. Unfortunately the young didn't make it and passed away in June 1983, he didn't even get a name. He died from haemophilia, a genetic disease, where the body is not able to control blood clotting.
